Volunteers Needed for
POP ART PHOTO SHOW

Interested in volunteering at Pop Art Photo Show? Volunteering is an ideal way to see the show from a different perspective, meet new people and gain experience in event production!
We are seeking positive, energetic, and self-motivated LA-based volunteers to help with the first annual Pop Art Photo Show, a four-day celebration of Pop Culture Art taking place at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica, September 27-30, 2018. A variety of shifts are available between September 25th-October 1st, 2018. Shifts vary in length and will be assigned accordingly.
Pre-Event Set-Up Opportunities: We are in need of volunteers to help with event-set up and vendor coordination on Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 25th & 26th from 9am-5pm and Thursday September 27th from 9:30am-2pm.
During Event Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks throughout the four-day event (see below).
Thursday 9/27 – 5:30pm-10:30 pm - VIP Reception
Friday 9/28 – 1:30pm-10:30 pm
Saturday 9/29 - 10:30am-10:30 pm
Sunday 9/30 - 10:30am-5:30 pm
Post Event Volunteers are needed to assist with breakdown of the show on Monday October 1, 2018, 9:30am – 5:00pm
Qualifications: Must be 18 years or older; punctual, energetic, attentive, friendly, flexible and professional. Interest in art, photography and/or trade show experience is a plus. Must have excellent customer service skills. Must be comfortable interacting with the public.
Volunteers will be assigned to shifts, given tasks and will be given a break or change of duties when possible. Event volunteers may sign up for as many shifts as they would like. We just ask that each volunteer commits to a minimum 4-hour shift.
